TUMWATER - As of November 1, 2009, the Commercial Vehicle Information Systems and Networks (CVISN) program now provides electronic screening at 11 weigh stations statewide to 10,613 trucking companies with 67,495 trucks equipped with transponders. The cost of transponders has been reduced from $50 to $30.
