Become Certified as a Small Business Enterprise
WSDOT has recently implemented a State Small Business Enterprise Program. To register as a state small business, you need to register with the Washington's Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) system.
WSDOT also has a Federal Small Business Enterprise Program. To participate in this program you must become certified as a Small Business Enterprise by the Washington State Office of Minority and Women's Business Enterprises.
