The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Northwest Region is soliciting proposals from consultants who have expertise in the areas of Tunnel Fire and Life Safety upgrade designs, as well as Tunnel Lighting and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) for the award of two (2) contracts on the I-90 Two Way Transit Operations Stage 3 project.
The project has been developed to approximately the 25% to 30% preliminary engineering stage. The duration of the agreement is expected to be approximately four (4) to five (5) years (see schedule below). This project is funded by Sound Transit with a grant or grants from the Federal Transit Administration.
Consultant services will be done in accordance with State Law and FTA Master Agreement and Circular 4220.1F as amended. All work will be required to comply with FTA requirements and regulations.
