Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) solicits interest from consultants interested in conducting a DBE Program Disparity Study.

The approximate dollar value of the consultant agreement may be $1,000,000.00. WSDOT may award one (1) Agreement for approximately ten (10) to twelve (12) months in duration. If necessary, at the option of WSDOT, the Agreement may be supplemented for additional time and/or money to complete the project.
