Closed Ad - 2017 On Call Program Management and Scheduling Services for WSF

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) solicits interest from consultants who wish to be evaluated and considered to provide On-Call Program Management and Scheduling Services for Washington State Ferries (WSF). Multiple Agreements may be awarded. The Agreements will be for approximately four (4) years in duration. The Agreement amounts will be approximately $3m each with the option for WSDOT to extend for additional time and/or money if necessary.

Consultants are being notified that WSF may utilize Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funding on this project, and such are required to comply with FTA provisions & certifications. Details are provided in the RFQ.

WSDOT will award On-Call Agreements to all firms that score a minimum of 70% of the total available points (see Criteria Definitions). Firms selected will receive an On-Call Task Order Master Agreement.  Consistent with WSDOT Policy, a “second tier” competitive process may be employed prior to execution of a Task Order. Individual Task Orders will be negotiated as stand-alone assignments.
