A Construction Bulletin is a tool used by the State Construction Office to communicate with and solicit feedback from the regions and other stakeholders on upcoming changes to construction policies, procedures and specifications.
Active bulletins represent current guidance while archived bulletins keep a historical record of bulletins that are no longer active. The draft bulletins are published as a way to solicit feedback on upcoming Construction Bulletins. They are typically elevated to active bulletin status once the review period is over.
