The WSDOT Prequalification staff offers contractors the option
to view Plans
and Specs Online. You will have to download the Fast
Bid software in order to view these plans. Installation instructions
are also available should you need assistance in installing
the Fast Bid software.
You are cautioned that the planholders list found on the electronic plans site may
not be complete. To ensure you are viewing a complete planholders list go to proposal and planholders list
If you are unable to retreive information via the internet, you
may request WSDOT project plans and specifications in printed format
by calling WSDOT's plans order line at 360 705 7835. If plans and
specifications are provided by this means you will be charged a
non refundable fee of $25.00 for each set of plans and specs which
will include standard UPS ground shipping at 3 to 5 days for delivery.
In addition, Geotechnical reports are also available non refundable
at $30.00 each set with the same method for shipping. Please note
that you will be required to provide a Fedex or UPS Account number
should you require overnight shipping service.
Internet Bidding Coming Soon
WSDOT is currently in BETA testing to implement Internet bidding via BidExpress website. Full implementation is expected mid September 2009.
Contractor training is schedule for August 10, 11, and 12, 2009. Interested bidders should contact Kari Slusser at: slussek@wsdot.wa.gov/ to register for the training.
