On October 1, 2008 a supplemental agreement is in
effect. This supplemental agreement provides a 7% increase to the
operating cost. The supplemental agreement can be found below. The
supplemental agreement expired on January 15th, 2009.

March 1st 2006 a supplemental AGC/WSDOT Equipment
Rental Agreement was signed. This allows the payment of fuel price
escalation payments on rental equipment for Force Account work.

agreement expired on July 15th, 2006.
