2006 Congestion Report - Redmond to Bellevue

Morning Redmond to Bellevue via SR 520 and I-405 graph shows 2005 data peaking at 16% around 9 a.m. compared with 2003 data which shows peaks of 15% around 8:50 a.m. Afternoon Bellevue to Redmond via I-405 and SR 520 shows 2005 data peaking at 75% around 3:30 p.m. then sharply dropping to 10% at 4 p.m. and then peaking again to 70% around 5:30 p.m. compared to 2003 data showing peaks of 30% around 3:40 p.m. then dropping and peaking again to 60% at 5:30 p.m.
