2006 Congestion Report - Tukwila to Bellevue

Morning Tukwila to Bellevue via I-405 graph shows 2005 data averaging 90-95% between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. compared to 2003 data showing peaking of 88% between 7:30 a.m. and 8 a.m. Afternoon Bellevue to Tukwila via I-405 graph shows 2005 data at 78% at 3 p.m. and averaging around 90% until 5:45 p.m. compared to 2003 data showing 38% at 3 p.m. and peaking at 75% around 5:30 p.m.
